Drew Hollenbeck

Drew Howe Hollenbeck, born July 10, 1967, in Long Island, New York to Susan and Russell (Holly) Hollenbeck, passed away on July 27, 2024. Raised in St. Louis, Missouri with cherished summers in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, Drew's life journey took him to Florida, Georgia, and Colorado before settling in Rhode Island in his later years.

Drew is lovingly remembered by his father and stepmother, Russell (Holly) and Lisa Hollenbeck, as well as his three children: Chelsea F. Tierney (Hollenbeck) of St. Louis, MO; Susan B. Hollenbeck of Atlanta, GA; and Harrison (Gus) R. Hollenbeck of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by his brothers, David W. Hollenbeck of Shelburne, VT, and Douglas W. Hollenbeck of Westerly, RI. Drew was a devoted and loving grandfather to his three grandchildren, Henry, Oliver, and Ruby. Drew was preceded in death by his mother, Susan L. Lloyd of Watch Hill, RI and his sister, Alison H. Hollenbeck

 A passionate traveler, Drew's adventures spanned the globe. His diverse interests included cooking, sailing, skiing, and golfing, and he had a remarkable knack for building and understanding how things worked. An entrepreneur at heart, Drew explored numerous business ventures throughout his life and was deeply committed to helping others. His dedication extended to his work with various charities and organizations, including his role as a trustee for the Forrest and Frances Lattner Foundation.

 Drew’s legacy is one of boundless curiosity, generosity, and a genuine love for life and learning. A celebration of Drew Hollenbeck’s life will be held in Watch Hill, RI in the summer of 2025.
