A visitation will be held in his honor on April 11, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM and concluding at 9:00 PM, at Deco Familia Rosecrans Funeral Home located at 8545 Rosecrans Ave, Paramount, CA, 90723. Following this, a prayer service will take place from 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM. This gathering serves as an opportunity for friends and family to come together, share stories, and celebrate the life of Horacio Mendoza Vera.
